Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (UAE)
We offer standard shipping within the UAE.

Deliveries are made during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are correct to avoid delays.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and rates vary depending on the destination.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
