MORE from Korea – Refund & Return Policy

At MORE from Korea, we take pride in delivering high-quality skincare products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for used or opened items, or for reasons of personal preference.

Returns & Refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact our customer service team at info@morefromkorea.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once your return is approved, you may choose:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
